The office is easily accessible and strategically located, which was a relief because I was running behind schedule. When I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and kind. They were quick to resolve my booking issue and even extended an offer to allow me to check in early for my journey. Their care in going through the flight schedule and any additional baggage fees with me pleased me. I was happy with the service's promptness and the confidence it offered me for my upcoming travels.
I strongly advise going to their office if you ever require in-person assistance with your Flydubai flight while in Kampala. It greatly improved the smoothness of my trip!
